Travel Health Clinic
In order that we can give the best travel advice to patients, a
new system to asses your needs has been introduced.
If you are requiring advice please either ask for
a travel form at reception or

Once you have filled in as much information as you can
please return the form to the surgery so that the nurse
can assess the amount of time needed for an appointment.
Within the following 2 days you should receive a
telephone call from reception to arrange a suitable
appointment. It is important that you do this as early
as possible, preferably at least 8 weeks before you
travel.

Please note there is a charge for some vaccines and less common
vaccines may require ordering.
If your trip is last minute and we are unable to process your
requirements in time you may contact a private travel clinic on
